Privacy and analytics choices

We use optional Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to this website and interactions with our contact links. The Google Analytics tag is blocked until you select “Accept analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not affect your access to the website or enquiries.

Rejection or withdrawal stops future analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this domain. Previously collected information is not automatically erased. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page only.

Analytics information

After acceptance, Google Analytics receives page views and contact attempts, including the page path, page title, and whether a contact action uses WhatsApp, telephone, email, or a case-study enquiry link. Analytics cookies may identify repeat visits. Our event tracking excludes form contents, email addresses, telephone numbers, URL query strings and WhatsApp messages. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Contact clicks indicate an attempt to enquire, not a completed sale or confirmed lead.

Google processes analytics information and may process it outside South Africa. See Google’s privacy policy. Browser or network information may also be processed by our hosting provider to deliver the website. The website loads its Inter font from Google Fonts.

Enquiries

The contact and newsletter forms open WhatsApp with the information you enter; you choose whether to send that message. They do not create a subscription or send an email from this website. WhatsApp handles messages under its own terms and privacy policy. Contact information you send is used to respond to your request.
